Ron Archer

Ron Archer joined Archer Travel in June 1979 after his graduation from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. Ron took on the role of Corporate Sales Representative and was successful in building the company into one of the largest agencies in California.

Over the years Ron's role has evolved into Operations and Management to meet the challenges of a changing industry, September 11th, and difficult economic times. He continues to be involved in Sales as well as Administration.

Ron was elected to the Board of Directors for the Signature Travel Network, a group of over 350 travel companies in the USA with over $4 Billion in Annual Sales. Mr. Archer has also provided several travel agencies with consulting services and has developed Marketing and Promotion programs for MGM Resorts, Albertsons, Holiday Inns and several State Lottery programs.

Ron enjoys golf, boating, motorcycling and travel. He is the Father of three and Grandfather of three.

Hank Paz

The Archer Travel Academy is administered by Hank Paz, a life-long educator with local school district, undergraduate, and graduate school teaching and administrative experience. Currently, he is an adjunct professor of Educational Leadership at Azusa Pacific University's Graduate School of Education.

Hank enjoys golf, art, travel, and team-building.

Andreas Thompson

Andreas Thompson has been at Archer Travel since 2000 and as general manger, he drives the day in-day out operations of numerous travel endeavors for the agency. With over twenty years of sales experience associate with Lufthansa Airlines and Fox Studios, he understands both the provider and consumer side of travel. Andreas invests a significant portion of his energy in business development opportunities. Managing all contracts, he is the agency's liaison with all of our partners.

Andreas is an avid traveler but enjoys people interactions most.
