Terms & Conditions

1. Certificate provides up to $2,500 USD toward an eligible land package booking.
2. For purposes of this certificate, a “land package” means a bundled travel package booked through a single approved supplier under one reservation, which includes air and hotel, and may include car rental or other eligible package components when available through the same supplier.
3. Certificate is registered in the name of the winning agent only.
4. Certificate is non-transferable and cannot be gifted, bartered, sold, exchanged, assigned, or redeemed by any person other than the winning agent.
5. Winning agent must be an active Evolution Travel member in good standing at the time of winning, at the time of claiming the certificate, at the time of booking, and through the date of travel.
6. Certificate must be claimed within 10 days of winner announcement. Failure to claim the certificate within the required claim period may result in forfeiture.
7. Certificate must be redeemed within 90 days of receipt.
8. Travel must be completed within 180 days of receipt of the certificate.
9. Land package reservation must be made at least 30 days prior to departure.
10. Certificate must be used toward an eligible land package booked directly through Archer Travel Service, Inc.
11. Certificate may only be applied toward a qualifying bundled land package booked through one approved supplier under one reservation.
12. Certificate may not be split across multiple reservations, multiple suppliers, separate invoices, separate bookings, or separate travelers.
13. Certificate may not be used toward air-only reservations, hotel-only reservations, car-only reservations, cruise bookings, cruise packages, standalone tours, standalone excursions, theme park tickets, travel protection, gift cards, service fees, or any travel product not booked as part of an eligible land package unless expressly approved in writing by Archer Travel Service, Inc.
14. Eligible land package suppliers, destinations, hotels, airlines, car rental providers, travel dates, and package components are subject to availability, supplier restrictions, booking rules, fare rules, hotel rules, airline rules, car rental rules, and all applicable travel provider policies.
15. Certificate is valid for one-time use only. Any remaining, unused, or residual certificate value will be forfeited and cannot be applied to any future reservation, booking, upgrade, add-on, fee, service, or travel purchase.
16. Certificate has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, refund, reimbursement, commission, or any other monetary equivalent.
17. The winning Evolution Travel agent must be one of the passengers listed on the reservation booked using the certificate.
18. Certificate cannot be combined with any other Archer Travel Service, Inc., Evolution Travel, supplier, promotional, reward, discount, certificate, travel credit, coupon, loyalty offer, or promotion unless expressly approved in writing by Archer Travel Service, Inc.
19. Reservations booked using this certificate are non-commissionable.
20. If the total land package booking value exceeds $2,500 USD, any additional balance must be paid in full by the certificate holder at the time required by Archer Travel Service, Inc. or the applicable supplier.
21. Certificate holder is solely responsible for all taxes, fees, surcharges, baggage fees, resort fees, hotel fees, car rental fees, security deposits, gratuities, travel protection costs, optional excursions, upgrades, change fees, cancellation fees, fare differences, and any additional charges not covered by the certificate.
22. Any supplier-required deposits, final payments, fees, penalties, or charges exceeding the certificate value are the sole responsibility of the certificate holder.
23. Once travel is booked, the reservation is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-changeable, except as expressly permitted by Archer Travel Service, Inc. and the applicable supplier. Any permitted changes, fees, penalties, or price differences are the sole responsibility of the certificate holder.
24. All standard supplier, airline, hotel, car rental, transfer, excursion, and travel provider rules, restrictions, payment deadlines, fare rules, cancellation policies, passenger requirements, documentation requirements, and travel policies apply.
25. Certificate is subject to availability and may be restricted by blackout dates, limited inventory, fare class availability, hotel availability, room category availability, car rental availability, destination restrictions, supplier restrictions, package restrictions, travel dates, and other limitations outside the control of Archer Travel Service, Inc.
26. Archer Travel Service, Inc. does not guarantee supplier availability, package availability, pricing, routing, flight schedules, hotel availability, room category, car rental availability, destination availability, or specific package components.
27. Suppliers reserve the right to modify flight schedules, hotel accommodations, package components, car rental availability, transfers, itineraries, travel requirements, or booking policies at any time. Archer Travel Service, Inc. is not responsible for supplier changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, missed flights, missed connections, hotel changes, car rental issues, weather disruptions, or force majeure events.
28. Certificate will not be replaced, reissued, extended, modified, refunded, or honored if lost, stolen, expired, unused, partially used, or forfeited.
29. Certificate expiration dates, redemption windows, claim periods, travel dates, booking deadlines, and eligibility requirements will not be extended, modified, or waived for any reason. No exceptions.
30. Certificate holder is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including valid identification, passport, visas, entry requirements, health requirements, vaccination requirements, airline documents, hotel documents, car rental documents, and any other documentation required by the supplier, destination, airline, hotel, car rental provider, or government authority.
31. Certificate holder is responsible for reviewing all travel details, including legal names, dates, destinations, flight information, hotel information, room category, car rental details, passenger information, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and travel requirements prior to booking and travel.
32. Any travel protection policy purchased in connection with certificate travel must include a cash-back option where available and must name Archer Travel Service, Inc. as certificate holder and/or policy beneficiary, as applicable, at the cost of the certificate holder.
33. Any additional, personal, or separate travel protection policies regarding certificate travel, in whole or in part, may be deemed inapplicable to Archer Travel Service, Inc. reimbursement, certificate value, or certificate redemption unless expressly approved in writing by Archer Travel Service, Inc.
34. Certificate holder is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving or redeeming the certificate. Archer Travel Service, Inc. may require completion of tax documentation, including a W-9, and may issue applicable tax forms where required.
35. Certificate is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.
36. Archer Travel Service, Inc. reserves the right to verify eligibility, active status, good standing, identity, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions before issuing, honoring, or applying the certificate.
37. Archer Travel Service, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any winner or deny certificate redemption in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, non-compliance, inactive status, account issues, policy violations, or failure to satisfy these Terms & Conditions.
38. Archer Travel Service, Inc. reserves the right to update, revise, interpret, or enforce these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
39. By accepting or redeeming this certificate, the winning agent acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
